关于冷裱膜

请问冷裱膜有没有使用年限这种说法， 刚有个客户说要3-5年的。 下面是原文：I am looking for a cold laminating film that is used in the large Format  Digital printing. Generally the size is 1.37M x 46M rolls. The material is usually applied with a large 2 roll Laminator.  Since most signs go outside, we would need this product to last at least 3-5 years in the Sun.  Do you manufacture such a product and how much is the cost?  Minimum order would be 50 rolls.
