I get enquiry as below, and would love to have a little discussion with you all..

GIFT BAG

Rawmaterial & quality specifications;

Raw material:

-         20 micron metallized BOPP + 20micron BOPP matte laminated, (Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene)

-         Metallized parts:

·        Extruded

·        Both sides face taut film

·        One side heat sealed, otherside metallized & corona treated

-         All raw materials must achievethe EC, FDA, REACH, as well as all other textile and food codex requirements,must pass the tests at all laboratories, abroad.

Quality:

-         Thickness: 20 + 20  = 40 micron (double layer)

-         No solvent used lamination

-         Raw material and item will be Agrade

-         Bags will bewith flap and self-adhesive tape

Printing:

-         One color (red, Pantone 1945)full face printing

Sizes & Packaging:

-         25x30+5

-         40x32+5

-         40x45+5

-         50+45+5

-         All packaging will be as; first100 pieces one pack than 10 x 100 pieces another pack, final pack will be 1.000pieces.

一收到这个询盘，如果按照客户关于认证的严格要求的话，我估计国内没几家能够做的了。不过一看这个客户的要求，就知道客户是个贸易公司，因此，针对客户的要求，我们可以去做一下探讨的。让我们先看询盘产品本身。第一，客户要求BOPP消光膜跟镀铝BOPP膜复合膜的热切袋
目前做BOPP热切多的都是单层BOPP热切呢，不知道哪家能做复合型薄膜的热切呢，让我想，复合膜热切会有几个技术问题，不知道哪家公司做复合膜热切有经验，希望探讨一下。
第二，有一点疑问，就是客户要求有自粘条，为什么还要BOPP镀铝内层有热封性呢，要知道国内做热封BOPP镀铝的并不多哦，但有了自粘条为什么客户还要求内层热封呢，这一点不要跟客户好好沟通一下客户的使用。
第三，客户要求无溶剂复合。
      现在无溶剂复合发展很快，BOPP印刷复合VMBOPP也可以很好的做了， 只是要找到一家拥有无溶剂复合机的来做这个复合。
因此要做这个询盘，有几个方面，第一，消光BOPP膜印刷，这个需要印刷厂能够及时买到BOPP消光膜，否则会影响交货期
                                                  第二，需要无溶剂复合机来进行复合，其中最重要的是质量和控制浪费率
                                                 第三，就是复合膜的热切，这一点跟单层BOPP薄膜热切袋不一样了，最重要的是质量控制。
就这么一个询盘，也得需要好几个工序来配合啊。
